Room Reservations
The deadline to reserve a room at the discounted group rate for the conference is 5pm ET on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. After that time, prevailing rates will apply, subject to hotel availability.
To make your hotel reservation, register for the conference, and then click the booking link in the on-screen confirmation, or in your confirmation email. To make changes to an existing reservation, call the hotel directly and provide your confirmation number.
Booking in the group block gives you access to the discounted group rates and concessions, subject to hotel availability.
