Plaintiff Attorney

Plaintiff's Attorney Attestation: By selecting the Plaintiff's Attorney registration type, you are confirming that you are licensed to practice law in a United States Jurisdiction and while actively engaged in the practice of law, you represent 51% or more of the plaintiff in civil litigation or the defendant in criminal litigation.

Legal Professional

Select this registration type if you are a judge, paralegal, or plaintiff's firm office administrator. This registration type is NOT eligible for MCLE Credit. 

This registration type is not for sponsor attendees. Prior approval from the Shades of Mass Board may be required to register.

Legal professionals from an organization that provides support or services to law firms should be part of a sponsoring organization to attend. The Shades of Mass Board will review all registrations and reserves the right to refund registration fees.

Other Registration Types

Law Student - $350

This registration is intended for use by currently-enrolled students.  If a student ID is not provided at registration, the full attorney registration price of $1,295 may be applied. Law Students are not eligible for CLE accreditation hours.

Guest - $500

Guest registrations are available for spouses, friends, family, and guests of paid attendees who wish to attend social events during the conference.  Guests should not be attorneys and should not be employed by the same organization as the primary attendee. Guests are not eligible for CLE accreditation hours.

Shades of Mass Conference Agenda

CLE Credit Available

The Fifth Annual Shades of Mass Conference will apply for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit in select states. Final credit hours and approved states will be confirmed closer to the conference. CLE applications will be submitted based on attendee requests; however, not all requested states may be applied for.

New registrations completed after the conference will not receive CLE credit.
